6.6/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, just a block off the Riverwalk, making it convenient for exploring downtown San Antonio. However, the room with two queen beds was disappointing due to stained bedding and lack of hot water, but the cold temperature was actually refreshing. The dining options were hit or miss, with some extraordinary offerings but also some subpar quality with the use of polystyrene plates and cups.
Rooms
5.0
The room with two queen beds was a bit of a downer with stained bedding and no hot water, but the cold water was surprisingly nice.
Service
7.0
The service was welcoming and helpful, despite a hiccup where I was asked to leave initially, but they managed to rebook me in a civil manner.
Location

The location, just a block off the Riverwalk, was the highlight of this property, offering easy access to all the downtown attractions in San Antonio.
Dining

The dining experience had its ups and downs with some extraordinary options and some disappointing quality like the use of polystyrene plates and cups.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with great service from the friendly staff. The location was convenient, especially for exploring the River Walk area. The dining experience offered delicious options but had some limitations. Overall, a satisfying stay with good value for money.
Rooms

Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect for four women. Despite being right off the street, we had a cozy stay. The cold temperature for two days was a minor hiccup, but the two queen beds made it spacious.
Service
9.0
We had fantastic service from check-in with George to the warm smiles from Makayla and Roxanne. Johnathan the maintenance engineer and the housekeeping staff were also incredible. The additional services like car hire and tours/ticket assistance were convenient.
Location

The dining experience was delightful, offering plenty of bacon cooked just the way I like it. The family-like atmosphere added to the enjoyment. The breakfast selection was extraordinary, providing items like potatoes, eggs, and bacon that set it apart from other places.
