My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, just a block off the Riverwalk, making it convenient for exploring downtown San Antonio. However, the room with two queen beds was disappointing due to stained bedding and lack of hot water, but the cold temperature was actually refreshing. The dining options were hit or miss, with some extraordinary offerings but also some subpar quality with the use of polystyrene plates and cups.

We had fantastic service from check-in with George to the warm smiles from Makayla and Roxanne. Johnathan the maintenance engineer and the housekeeping staff were also incredible. The additional services like car hire and tours/ticket assistance were convenient.
